With nearly 20 years of experience, I have built a dynamic career in real estate as an executive leader, currently serving as COO and Managing Partner of Argent Realty. My expertise spans strategic operations, market analysis, marketing, business and team development, driving growth and delivering exceptional results across Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia. Known for my dedication, transparency, and innovative problem-solving, I’ve established a reputation as a trusted industry professional.  

As a multi-year top producing agent earlier in my career, I honed my skills in competitive markets, excelling in negotiation, creative solutions, and seamless transactions. My experience includes working with residential, commercial, relocation, and investment properties, as well as a deep understanding of new construction and design. These experiences shaped my ability to lead with insight and vision while delivering value to clients and teams.  

I’ve called Maryland home for over 35 years and live in Howard County with my wife and three children. Outside of work, I’m a youth sports mentor, advocate for my eldest son on the autism spectrum, and a life-long Washington football fan (now known as the Commanders), an avid-traveler, tech fanatic and cinephile. My passion for helping others extends from my personal life to every client and colleague I work with.
