Introducing Marcia Chiva, one of Argent Realty’s dedicated new agents! Originally from Montevideo, Uruguay, Marcia now lives in Reisterstown, Baltimore County. She’s a proud Owings Mills High School alum and is fluent in both English and Spanish, bringing a warm, bilingual touch to her clients. With a passion for helping people make their dreams come true, Marcia sees real estate as a way to create meaningful connections. Outside of work, she enjoys beach days with her family, dancing, and spending time with her three daughters.
