Growing up in the city and living in apartments most of her life, she didn’t realize the importance of homeownership until years later, when she discovered how much of her rent had gone toward someone else’s property instead of her own. Now, after more than 25 years in the DMV and over 22 years as a homeowner, Kim uses her experience to guide others through buying, selling, and investing with confidence.
