Having called the Washington D.C. area home for nearly 35 years, Juan is more than a seasoned resident – he's a licensed agent with a track record dating back to 2002. Elevated to the status of Associate Broker in 2020, Juan stands as a pivotal figure in the growth and unparalleled success of Argent Realty, a transformation that began during his tenure with The Escobar Group.

 

A graduate of Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, MD, Juan's early days were marked by his dual commitment to the football and basketball teams, passions that endure to this day. Post-graduation, he ventured into the world of sales at Duron Paints and Wall Coverings, swiftly ascending the management ranks to become one of the youngest store managers at the Mid-Atlantic's premier paint distribution company.

 

Juan's sales journey continued with notable stints at Best Buy and Circuit City, where his prowess earned him accolades and recognition. Currently residing in Olney, MD, Juan is not just a real estate aficionado; he's an avid music lover, a traveler, a fitness enthusiast, and, above all, dedicated to family. Serving as a role model and mentor for his niece, Sofia, brings him immense joy and purpose in addition to his professional achievements.
